The tasty product we get when distilling the grape pommace from area wineries. Pommace is the grape skins, stems and seeds remaining after the wine has been pressed. A popular digestive in Europe, it is more challenging to find in the U.S.

 

Ingredients

Grappa is made by distilling the winemakers pomace after pressing. Our main Grappa is from Norton and Chambourcin pomace. Small batches of varietal grappas.
